My name is Antonis Takos and I work from 68 Tsimiski Street, Thessaloniki, under the Sovereign Brokers name.

Most agents quote you a price in order to win the mandate. Because I also work as a valuer, the figure you hear from me comes from methodology, not from a need to please you.

Before real estate I worked in banking, multinational companies and technology firms — environments where no claim passed without data. I bring the same discipline to valuing an apartment.

My team and I work with a limited number of active mandates, so that every property gets real attention rather than a place on a list.
